Belding, MI Short and simple (not me; my bio!): i've been working out religiously since i was 19 years old: loads of various cardio programs, dance, some running, biking, cross country skiing, and more recently weight training.
I'll be 50 in September (god, that hurts to admit!) and i've been told by many that i have the body of a decently fit 35 year old. i'd really like to keep it that Short and simple (not me; my bio!): i've been working out religiously since i was 19 years old: loads of various cardio programs, dance, some running, biking, cross country skiing, and more recently weight training.
I'll be 50 in September (god, that hurts to admit!) and i've been told by many that i have the body of a decently fit 35 year old. i'd really like to keep it that way, however, recently i've become exceedingly bored with working out! i thoroughly enjoy belly dancing, but that alone isn't enough. i need an exciting change now or i'm afraid i'm going to quit. i hope that this insanity series will be that much-needed change.

i'm working towards becoming even more fit, losing a bit of weight, and finding a way to work out that is exciting.
i took the insanity fit test yesterday (wow, what an ass-kicker) and did the plyometric cardio circuit today! i'm delighted to say i stuck with the entire workout, not in top form like the athletes on the DVD, but did really well for a 49 year old mom with 3 teens! i rock!
