I watched many P90X infomercials before I finally took the plunge. Once I received it in the mail, I looked at it for quite some time and put it away. I looked at the calendar and picked my start date - 90 days before my 40th birthday.

I was not sure what to really expect with this program but I committed to it and had every intention of doing it the right way.
I had NO idea that I would completely LOVE P90X and all that it would bring into my life!
I have become more disciplined. I feel fabulous and strong and so proud of the fact that I am a P90X graduate who will never go back!
This program has helped me challenge myself and prove to myself that I can do this and keep up a healthy lifestyle.

I have lost 14.5 inches since day 1 of my first round. I lost 9 pounds (which is less than my goal) but I feel amazing and my clothes are fitting so well. My goal was to be fit, fabulous and buff by my 40th birthday and I achieved that goal. I still have more progress to make but this program has given me the confidence (and energy) to BRING IT every day and to move forward with my work outs. I agree with Tony...I don't want to be some crotchety old woman. I want to be strong, healthy and FIT!

As I move into my next phase of P90X, I am trying some other Beachbody fitness programs such as Brazil Butt Lift.
I'll start my 2nd phase of P90X in March and I can't wait!
