Thanks for stopping by.

Reason why I workout is because I want to alleviate menstrual cramps pain, have more energy (as I'm a kindergarten teacher-Lord knows I need it) and to live longer. I'm 28; not yet married, nor have children and I'd like to see my great grandkids one day, so I'm working hard now to be able to.

Thanks to inspirational Chalene and her wonderful team I actually Love working out!
