Back to the Grind...after 3 years of trying and 1 year of yo-yoing back and forth I am committed or recommitting. I just had my 3rd son and realized that I have eliminated all gains I had when I had my first child and lost more muscle and gained more fat! My cholesterol is out of wack and I don't feel good about me anymore. I have too much to live for not to take this seriously. It's time I found and won full balance...success is many forms, now I need to have me in that equation.
