Hey everyone! Welcome to team Flexed Out! A little about myself; My name
is Kevin Wilson. I grew up in Los Angeles a very active person playing any
and every sport. As i got older I found it hard to find time to do as much
exercising as i would like. What a great solution this has been to get myself
back into shape. Not only am i getting physically fit but i am also getting
