More statistics| kwind Vaughan, ON 47 years old. Time to ramp things up. I've been fit all my life but I'm noticing more work is needed to stay at a high fitness level. My goals are to lower body fat into single digits. Lose about 12 lbs, run a Marathon, get more aggressive with my Mountain Bike, Ski more, and in the next few years begin my Mountaineering quest & begin working toward climbing a few real mountains.
