well i officially started the turbo jam workout today and so far i love it. i ahve gone to de supermarket and done my shopping and it seems easy so far to stick to the meal plans beecause they consist of stuff that is not boring. i hope to lose up to 80-90 pounds and i think turbo jam will help me do just that.
