My goal was to tone, especially my abs and legs, so I started P90 in April 2010 and loved it! I have tried other programs and have never really stuck with anything until P90. Following the healthy eating habits was challenging in the beginning but is now second nature and I have learned discipline and I feel great.

Starting June 21, 2010, I will advance to P90X and am extremely excited about it! P90 was great but I know P90X will get me where I want to be: fit, toned, and increased stamina.
