wife of active duty navy husband, mother of two teenagers who works full time for the government. have had gastro bypass surgery 2001 which only fixed me physically and for the past three years i've put on 10 lbs a year so it's time i learned how to eat right, exercise and make better choices to avoid ever having to have surgery again that doesn't last forever. i enjoy walking our family dogs

started the 2day fast sat 4/4 & sun 4/5 and dropped an amazing 8 lbs of water weight; started the 6 day fat burning express diet on mon 4/6 (scale 1-5 = 5) and the power 90 fat burning system fat burning express workout video (scale 1-5 = 4 because i need to work on the different exercises, the punch/jab is a little complicated but i'll get it)
