Hi everybody! I'm Larry. I am 36 years old and I'm in law enforcement. With crazy hours changing all the time I found myself falling into the trap of not exercising regulary and eating pizza, burgers, burritos, and channel surfing on the couch. NOT good. Especially if you're over 30! My metabolism seemed to slow down once I hit that 30 mark! I always could eat whatever I wanted and never gain a pound! I figured I could go on forever that way! WRONG! My elders told me "it'll catch up to you someday!!!" and they were RIGHT! It was just too easy to skip workouts and eat whatever I wanted. My clothes got too tight, people noticed that I had "filled out", but never said I was getting fat. I knew what they meant and it started to bother me. With my line of work I realized that the stress of being a cop and also poor eating habits could potentially shorten my life. That scared me a lot. So I decided that 33 years old it was time to make a change.I HAD to do something different. I was miserable. That is no way for anyone to be.

I sat on my couch after working a late shift. I had my greasy burrito dripping in one hand, and a beer in the other. I was so lazy at this point that when I turned on the tv I didn't even bother to change the channel when I saw that it was an infomercial. This was the best opportunity I ever had to change myself. I grew increasingly interested in seeing these people who were of all ages making this radical transformation. I was sucked in! I remember ordering it THAT night and I was so excited that I even started changing my eating habits while I was waiting for my P90X to be delivered.

Things started to change almost immediately! By the time I had put 3 weeks into P90X I saw a DRAMATIC difference! All I did was follow the workouts and give it my all. Oh, I really ate clean too. You can make changes to your strength or level of fitness, but the dramatic physical results don't come unless you hold yourself accountable for what you're eating.

By the end of the first round, I could not believe the results and neither could anyone else. People actually thought I photoshopped my head onto someone elses body. THAT IS HOW DRAMATIC it was!

Fast forward to 2010. I've been doing P90X since October of 2007 and it has CHANGED MY LIFE
