Just a small town boy born and raised near south Detroit... jk. Originally from Saginaw MI I now represent Las Vegas as a Beach Body coach. Ive always been in shape and active, but as more time passes I am getting in to GREAT shape with the help of P90X. Im here to help anyone whether it be losing a few pounds through some diet modification to losing a ton of weight and having the leanest meanest
