Now, I'm more committed than ever to finding a program that works for me and that I can use to make a lifestyle change. I want to age gracefully and in good health. I think Beach Body is the answer!

5/11/09 update: Though I am so pleased with my increased energy, the fantastic friends I've made through my Beachbody coaching business, and knowing that I am definitely healthier than I was just two months ago, it's time to kick things up a notch.

I am enjoying my workouts. Squeezing them in. Working out more days than I don't. Yet, though I've lost some inches, I'm not getting the noticeable results I'm looking for. I suspect it's partly my diet and partly that I'm not pushing myself with me workouts. That combined with some high expectations has me fired up. In just a few months, I'll be on a once-in-a-lifetime, bathing-suits-not-optional vacation. I want to be in the best shape of my adult life for that trip - and beyond.

P90X is being recommended to me left and right, so many of my friends and coaching clients are using it, I have friends who are starting a P90X challenge TODAY and I keep seeing the infomercial.

Do I need MORE encouragement to just go ahead and try it? Nope. I get it! I'll do it! AND I'll keep you posted on the progress.
