I am a single mom & teacher that lives on an island in Hawaii. I love to travel and I love food. I love to exercise but since becoming a mom, its hard to find time. With the help of Beachbody, its easy to find the time and get the results I want and hopefully have some extra cash to travel with!

I started Slim in 6 about 7 weeks ago. I admit I didn't follow it to the tee, but watched what I ate during the week and exercised on average 2-3 times per week. I was amazed that even though I didn't follow the regimen as suggested, I still saw results! I felt stronger, more flexible, and lost inches! It makes me wonder how awesome my results would be if I follow the regimen exactly as suggested and now I am even more motivated to do so. After that experience it only makes sense to become a coach and help to motivate others to get great results too! If I can do it, anyone can!
