Hello everyone! My name is Lauren and I currently am attending Michigan State University where I am majoring in mathematics, minoring in biology going into secondary education. I am also a fitness instructor at the gym on campus where I teach Turbo Kick and PiYo.

I love to workout and stay in shape and I have found it easier to do this with Beachbody programs! I started Turbo Jam in June 2009

I started Turbo Jam in the summer of 2009 because I was not happy with the way I felt about my body. I have always been a runner, but after leaving high school and enrolling in college it was hard to More ...
I started Turbo Jam in the summer of 2009 because I was not happy with the way I felt about my body. I have always been a runner, but after leaving high school and enrolling in college it was hard to run everyday by myself and also on those cold days or even really hot days. I found out about Turbo Jam from one of my boyfriend's friends and I thank her all the time for it! She changed my life! After doing Turbo Jam for just 2 weeks, I was feeling more confident and better about my body. I lost 20 pounds after four months with the program after and replacing one meal with Shakeology. I am back to the weight I weighed in high school and now my plan is to lose a couple more pounds and to keep toning my body.

Since Turbo Jam, I have being toning my body with Chalean Extreme, Brazil Butt Lift and some other programs. Now, I am doing Insanity and am looking forward to the results.

If it wasn't for Beachbody programs, I wouldn't have the confidence and the new lifestyle I have now!
