I have currently lost 99lbs. I started at 280 on May 21, 2009 and I have about 10-15lbs to go to my goal weight. I really would like to tighten up and further sculpt my body.

I have to be honest by saying I could do cardio all day long but I hate weights and toning so it's a battle for me everyday to do it. If I had the choice, I'd be on the treadmill two hours rather than 30 minutes of
