Hello!
My sister, Kristy Wohlgemuth, is my coach and got me involved in this site. I am going to try and utilize this resource the way it is supposed to be used, but I have always been bad at following meal plans and keeping track of activities. My goal is to stay organized enough to stay on track and lose about 12 pounds.

I have been eating oatmeal for breakfast every morning with light vanilla soy milk and a spoonful of sugar free jam for flavor - and its good!
