I have been a dancer, played sports, and been active my whole life. I used to eat anything and everything I could and everyone would say, "That's going to catch up with you someday!" It's not just a More ...
I have been a dancer, played sports, and been active my whole life. I used to eat anything and everything I could and everyone would say, "That's going to catch up with you someday!" It's not just a saying... it actually happens! Maybe my transformation is not drastic as others, but I have had changes in my life that have made it difficult to stay the weight and size I would like to be. When I was growing up, I spent most of my free time riding bikes, roller blading, swimming, or doing anything else I could outside. In 2001, all that changed. I was diagnosed with a skin disease that does not allow me to spend more than about 15 min. outside in the sun. Without dance every day and then not being able to go outside, I had no idea what I was going to do to stay in shape. My grandparents helped me purchase a treadmill, but I just couldn't stay motivated. One night, as I was going to bed, I saw an advertisement for Turbo Jam. I thought it wouldn't hurt to try so I ordered it and I was hooked! I was soon back in shape and looking even better than my high school days! In May of this year, I had back surgery to repair a herniated disk. Now, 6 months later, I am using Beachbody workouts to get back in shape! No matter your struggle or goal, Beachbody has something to help!
