Here I am, beginning a new health adventure! At this point, I am fortunate to still have good health, joints work right, etc., but need to lose about 15 pounds which will be helped with the Shakeology More ...
Here I am, beginning a new health adventure! At this point, I am fortunate to still have good health, joints work right, etc., but need to lose about 15 pounds which will be helped with the Shakeology products (green because I love green drinks), the Slim in 6 DVD, and a walking and running program; something for everyday with one day off weekly. I am excited about the day, not too far down the road, when my after picture will be one that I am happy to share! NOTE: weight 139 lbs.
Starting week 2: This is great. I am going to move up to Ramp It Up! (a.m.)and Slim and Limber (p.m.)I can already tell increased energy and flexibility. Haven't weighed again yet.Green Shakeology makes a great quick breakfast mixed with pineapple juice.NOTE: weight 136.5.......down 2.5 lbs.
