I am 29 years old and have struggled with my weight since I was a child. I've worked out off and on my whole life but then get bored and stop. The past 2 years I have been able to stay on track for the most part.

After having my daughter, I got back on my treadmill and started my pilates again. I also put myself on a strict diet of 1200 calories a day. This along with breastfeeding helped my weight fall off More ...
After having my daughter, I got back on my treadmill and started my pilates again. I also put myself on a strict diet of 1200 calories a day. This along with breastfeeding helped my weight fall off but I'm lacking muscle tone in some areas. I should have been working out more with weights but concentrated more on my cardio.
