I am here to start a new life, a new beginning. Fix the body I have failed. I have beat my body up by feeding it junk and still I expect it to perform for me. I understand now that it is time, at age 38, to take care of it and to treat it better. I have 4 kids and have been divorced for 9 years. I feel extremely out of shape...ugly...and unhealthy. I weigh so much I am ashamed to say. I

I weigh so much I am ashamed to say. I will ,however, tell you that I have a goal of being a size 8. Please know that I feel really excited about this new beginning and cannot wait for my p90 to show up! Cannot wait for the new me to emerge!!
