More statistics| leroy Branford, CT First started P90X in 07 but hurt back at work and had to get back surgery finally on 1/14/08. I'm 43 and it's been just over a year from my back surgery. I'm a maintenance & repair tech. for at&t in Conn. I'm ready to back in to shape again which my back doctor said would be good for my back. Start date for p90x is April 27,09. | ?
