More statistics| likeslift Lambertville, NJ I'm 45 a retired body builder, I retired in 2000. Up till three years ago I was able to maintain my weight. No matter what I would do the weight kept packing on.I was a size four and now a twelve. My eating habits got bad and I always seem to nap after I eat. So my goals are 1. to lose weight 2.tone up 3. and this is most importation to me maintain what I take off . I know Tony's program work | ?
