Welcome and thanks for stopping by!
I am 46 yrs old and live in St. Paul, Tx. with my husband, 5 dogs and 1 horse. I have 3 grown boys and am Grandma to my adorable 4 year old grandson :)

I have always enjoyed working out at home and have been doing so since I was in my 20's. I really started getting serious about my fitness and nutrition in early 2010 to get ready for my wedding. I started out with Jillian Michaels's 30 day shred and got good results from her program. After that, I did a couple more of her DVD's. Was loving the results I got from them, but wanted more. I then did 3 12 week programs; Supreme 90 Day, Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer and James Wilson's Body Earned program.

At the end of my last program, I suffered a devastating loss and setback. I lost my Mom on 7/24/12, and all my motivation for life went with her. After about 2 months of complete darkness and despair, I knew it was time to make a change, not only for myself, but for my Mom. She had told me over and over a few weeks before she passed "You live your life", so I finally decided it was time to honor her and get back on the horse, so to speak.

I knew I would need someone to push and motivate me instead of relying on motivating myself, bc I just wasn't there yet. So I decided to give P90X a try to help me find my way back from the depths of grief and despair that had taken over my life. I started doing a hybrid of P90X/Insanity and got great results from the 2 programs! Tony and Shaun T definately kept me motivated every day and keep me moving forward during a period when I couldn't do it myself.

Now I am currently doing a hybrid of Les Mills Pump and Turbofire and LOVE both of these programs! Turbofire might be my soulmate workout! Chalene is an awesome motivator :)

Things are improving for me each day; emotionally, physically and spiritually :)

This is only the beginning of my Beachbody journey. I fully intend to be in THE best shape of my life in my mid 40's! The motivation, encouragement and support I have received since starting my Beachbody journey has been so inspiring, I decided to pay it forward and became a coach only after a few weeks into my 1st program!
