I've been working out with power 90 for the last year, and lost 23 lbs! I'm a mother of 3. I work as a wheat farmer and carpenter with my husband of 25 years. I've inspired my friends and husband to start working out this year! I've only 8 pounds left to reach my goal.I developed arthritis in my back and had to stop exersizing completely the pain was unbearable. I stopped for a year and a half.

lbs in the first 90 days. I continued with it for a year lost 23lbs, now weigh 153
lbs. I changed my diet to eating smaller portions, more veggies and fruit. I'm
trying to eat less red meat.
