My name is Kim...I am a 38-year old single mother of three with a full-time job as a cosmetologist. It is a big challenge for me just finding the time, motivation, & energy to do anything to keep my body in shape. However, I realize that some type of workout needs to be a priority in my life on a regular basis for emotional/mental & physical health. Since starting the workouts just a few days ago, I have enjoyed having more energy & feeling more positive.
