I'm in my mid-40's and just started at a desk job again. I've gained 12 lbs in 6 weeks! Yikes! I love to exercise but get bored easily so I think P90X will keep me interested. My husband thinks I should just give in to middle-age (he has: 50lbs overweight and diabetic at 52!). I will not give up!

Okay, attempt #4 in the past year. Hopefully, permanently over health issues. My goal this time is to get rid of all the flab from sitting at a desk all day and be active. I'm really looking forward to getting back into the shape I was after my first round of P90X that I completed last Spring. Bring it!
