winnipeg, MB Always been sporty chick, love love love love hockey. My all time favorite sport. Got into this P90X land by watching an infomercial. Got super excited this summer started jogging and then lost enough weight to do this program. Going strong, only 3 weeks left. Then I'll start it all over again. Got 2 kids, trying to loose the mommy flabby belly, almost gone, can't get rid of the flap...ERRRR! Always been sporty chick, love love love love hockey. My all time favorite sport. Gonna try Insanity for the middle of winter and see how it helps me get my metabolism better, and my cardio in tip top shape for the jogging season. Motivation is a big key to staying on top of things, sometimes it's hard to keep the chocolate bars out but everything in moderation!

Started at 171lbs, was sick of being round and out of shape. Embarassed when I would run after my kids, and couldn't keep up with them. Had a surgery then my motivation kicked in at an all time high. More ...
Started at 171lbs, was sick of being round and out of shape. Embarassed when I would run after my kids, and couldn't keep up with them. Had a surgery then my motivation kicked in at an all time high. Been riding that wave ever since. I started my adventure to better health with Tae Bo, then I started jogging in the spring. Got myself P90X ready and started having Tony kick my butt ever since. Exploring Insanity land and I'm getting results I never thought I'd see in my life! Since I started I'm less tiered, more determined, a hell of a lot healthier, and I actually care what is in my fridge and cupboards. My kids will NOT be a 1 in 3 that is overweight! Learning to be a personal trainer, I've lost a little over 30 lbs since Nov 08. I will succeed in my goals, and once those have been achieved I will come with new ones...perhaps a marathon??
