bonney Lake, WA My name is Lisa Nihem and I have always loved health and fitness. So I thought to myself, why not obtain a career in what I love to do! I am also a Pilates Instructor, which I have been teaching for over a year now, but actually taking classes for years. I love to snowboard with my husband, hike, surf, skateboard, play sports, and do anything that involves fun! I am also a Pilates Instructor, which I have been teaching for over a year now, but actually taking classes for years. I love to snowboard with my husband, hike, surf, skateboard, play sports, and do anything that involves fun! Pilates has taught me how to be strong from the inside out, so with Pilates and P90X combined I have it all! This past year I was training for the Seattle Rock 'N' Roll Marathon. I trained too hard too fast and re-injured my knees - tendonitis. Going from running, Pilates and working out at the gym, to absolutely nothing to heal my knees was brutal! Months had gone by, the weight packed on, and Physical Therapy was taking way too long for this active person! So when my knees healed enough, I joined Beach Body. I had learned of P90X through my friend and Coach Jessica Keith. I love it! I can modify the excercises for my knees, I never get bored and I am always challenged. P90X is a great addition to my current Pilates regimen. I feel stronger when I workout. The online tools help to keep me motivated and the whole program is just awesome! I can't wait to help others feel as great as I do!

I started P90X at the end of June. I am now in Phase 3 and it is the end of September. So far,I have lost 3 inches on my waist, 1.5 on my thighs, and 1 on my hips! I have been on a lot of vacations More ...
I started P90X at the end of June. I am now in Phase 3 and it is the end of September. So far,I have lost 3 inches on my waist, 1.5 on my thighs, and 1 on my hips! I have been on a lot of vacations this summer, which has caused the 90 day program to last more like 130 days ;) If I can go on many vacations and not gain a pound, than I am sure that P90X is doing its job. I feel so much stronger and look much leaner, with way more muscle tone. This has been a great compliment to my Pilates workouts.
