More statistics| lisamonster85 Camp Hill, PA Two or three years ago around late August to October I was able to lose 16 pounds. My plan back then was gym -- cardio 3x week and then strength 2x and cut out all soda and fast food. Then holidays happened and I never got back on track. While working at a daycare and eating lunch with the kids is a real challenge. I need to learn self-control and wait to eat on my lunch break -- something | ?
