I am a 38 year old happily married professional mother of 1 little boy who is the joy of my heart! The reason I joined is to try and get some extra support so that I can stay motivated to transform my body. I've tried workout programs before and stuck with it for the short term, but have never really been able to achieve the musclular, "cut" look that I know is possible.

Today when I had my body fat tested, I was a little surprised. First I was quite pleased by my weight loss - 5.5 pounds total in the last month and some inches gone from my waist and hips. However my % body fat went up. What's up with that? I'm eating healthier than I ever have in my life! The fitness trainer at the gym said it's possible that I've lost some muscle mass in addition to fat, so it may have made my body fat go up. Either that or the initial testing of it was wrong. In either case I'm not too worried because I know that I'm healthier and feel great and that's what counts.
