Hi! My name is Carol. I'm so very blessed to be a wife and mother of four great kids, two of which are twins.
At the young age of 64 my mom passed away of liver cancer. Extremely difficult to see her go through so much pain. Before she left this earth, she made sure that everyone in her family was saved. Meaning that they have accepted Jesus Christ into their hearts and made Him the Lord of their lifes. Knowing that everyone was saved gave ger a peace that God's word would come to pass one day. The promise that the saved will be together again one day on heaven. "O What a Glorious Day that will be" At the age of 82 my dad passed away from throat cancer. I miss them both with all of my heart and soul.
It's been an incredible journey that I have been on being a fitness coach. I'm still on my fitness journey, working on healthy eating, protion control, eating the right foods at the right time of the day to speed up my matabolism and making exercise a part of my daily life. All of these things take time, commitment, dedication and determination. I do all of this so that I will be here on this earth longer to watch my kids grow up, graduate, get married one day and have many grandbabies. I wouldn't miss all of that for the world.
I am able to share my goals and dreams as a fittness coach which in return keeps me accountable and modivated to stay on track on my fittness journey.
