Well, let me start by saying I'm super excited to be a Team Beachbody Coach! I've been into health and fitness since about 2003, but over the course of having babies and getting married all that kinda went by the wayside for a bit, but I'm back and motivated as ever to get on track to that healthy lifestyle we all want and CAN have and so deserve!
My goal through all of this is to help others that want to get fit and be healthy. I want to guide as many people as I can to a lifestyle that they can live with day to day and ultimately help them reach their fitness goals.
You know what they say... pick your poison. And mine is TurboFire. Every single one of the programs that Beachbody has to offer are top notch and the head of their class, but for me Turbo is my passion. I look forward everyday to working out, and on my days off I find myself missing it!

I wasn't always into being healthy. The truth was I just wasn't educated about it. After leaving for college I fell victim to the freshman 15. I was eating crap and never worked out. It wasn't More ...
I wasn't always into being healthy. The truth was I just wasn't educated about it. After leaving for college I fell victim to the freshman 15. I was eating crap and never worked out. It wasn't until I came home from college did I realize I needed to do something. I think the most I weighed was 190lbs, at 5'7". 10lbs away from 200lbs. THAT was my wake up call. Now this was back in 2003, so at my disposal I had the magazine Muscle & Fitness Hers, it became my bible. I followed the eating plans and workout regimens. I started in May 2003 and by the beginning of 2004 I was down to 140lbs. I had lost 50lbs and I was happy. In 2006, I had my twins, and that did a number on my body. I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy, 30lbs I lost before I even left the hospital. But, needless to say I wasn't where I wanted to be. From '06 to '10 I yo-yo'd up and down with my weight struggling to keep motivated. At the end of 2010, I was completely unhappy with myself and decided that 2011 was going to be different. January 1, 2011 I started my journey to a healthier lifestyle. At the beginning of the year I weighed in at 165lbs. April 2011, I'm at 142lbs and I'm not stopping anytime soon. March 28th, 2011, my journey with TurboFire began. As, I'm heading into week 3, I can actually feel that the shape of my arms and legs has changed. I'm completely hooked. The best is yet to come!
