More statistics| lmetal Student who is trying to better himself phisicaly and mentaly. recently my life has been devoted to video games, staying up late and drinking and eating tons of unhealthy food. At lunch and dinner i would have 2 or 3 sodas per meal and sometimes at breakfast. After not stepping on a scale for several months i decided to step on thinking i was still in the mid 190s and boy was i wrong. I was a My Progress My fitness goal: Tone Up Transformation story
I started out weighing 220 and my goal is to weigh 180ish. As of 2-1-10 I am now 179 pounds and im not gonna stop until i have my 6 pack!!
