This is another first day of my new life! If I could cash in how many times in my life I have said that phrase I would be a very rich woman... I am first a 49 yr old single woman, then a mom, and grandmother of 3 with type II diabetes. I want to see my grandchildren grow into adulthood with families of their own. For these reasons, taking care of myself has become a priority. I am very excited to have been introduced to Team Beachbody and the power 90 workouts, I can work out at my pace and with great support. I started my workout sessions June 2, 2008.
