I have been obese all my adult life, I had topped out the scale at 287 (last weight I actually weighed myself) I got fed up and started following Weight Watchers from some information I picked up at a yard sale. I did not go to meetings because I felt embarrassed. I lost 128 pounds and last summer I weighed in at 159....I was doing workout videos the whole time. I found a copy of Walk Away the Pounds, Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, Yoga Body Booty Ballet, Slim in 6 and a ton of FIRM videos at half price book stores....I did not follow any of the programs I just mixed and matched because I like variety. I purchased P90X and loved the workouts but still did not follow the actual program.

I stopped watching what I ate so closely and I gained back 20 pounds. I currently am weighing in at 178.2 I have been working on that 20 pound gain for the last few weeks and it finally seems to be moving in the right direction.

I have 38.2 pounds to lose to get to my goal weight I set for myself, and I believe that CEX can get me there. I am determined to follow it for 90 days in spite of what the scale does....because I want to see the definition in my muscles.
