I am 21 years young and I'm attending The Ohio State University. I'm in my last year studying Microbiology with a minor in Forensics. My family and friends are the world to me. I am from a small town in Northwest Ohio but I definitely love the city and will most likely stay in Columbus for the years to come. Right now I'm striving to become more of a healthy eater. I've always been very active and in shape. In high school I was a cheerleader and constantly worked out. I didn't have to watch what I ate or exercise any further than the conditioning I did with More ...
I've always been very active and in shape. In high school I was a cheerleader and constantly worked out. I didn't have to watch what I ate or exercise any further than the conditioning I did with cheerleading. I was on the competition squad and I was the flier. Therefore I weighed less than almost everyone else. I went to college with the mind set of the "freshman 15." I didn't want to get fat and so I didn't eat as much as I should have. I therefore lost weight rather than gained my first year at college. When I went home for the summer, I started to acquire very unhealthy eating habits and gained all the weight back, plus some. This is the most I have ever weighed and I'm not happy with what I look like. I've started to cut out some foods. The 5 food tiers are really a great reference and I have my coach - Andy (tornado75) to really thank for introducing this program to me. Hopefully I will be able to see great results! So, here goes!
