My name is Anthony and I am in the process of transforming my body and my life with the help of milliondollarbody.com. I have been married to my best friend Amy for 10 years and she is taking up the fitness challenge with me. We have three wonderful children, Kandice 14, Jonathan 10 and Donovan 6. My family is my number one priority and we do almost everything together. I coach youth basketball and participate in as many of my children’s events as possible. My favorite hobby is playing basketball and working out has started to become an obsession. I have found that my biggest weakness is keeping my diet consistently healthy. I love junk food but I have found that finding healthy alternatives is not as difficult as I once thought. I have found many resources that help me to prepare meals that are healthy and taste wonderful. I would love to share my resources with and recipes with you. My wife Amy is driven by working out and has become one of my biggest motivators for dedicating time to working out. I have asked two friends, Mitch and Chris, to go through P90X with Amy and I and have found that the support and competition has been unbelievable! I look forward to keeping my profile up to date and documenting my transformation success as well as my wife and friends.
