Hello!!! My name is Loretta (known on the boards as lorilynn999).I'm 36 yrs old, married and a stay at home mom.. I'm not a trainer, fitness advisor or a nutritionist.....I'm just the girl next door who is doing the programs and its working... I wasn't always overweight. Okay,lets not sugarcoat it anymore. I'm here to be honest and accountable. I wasn't always fat. Yes, I said it...FAT. There is really no nice way to say it. In my mid 20's I was a size 3 and my skinniest 122 lbs. I have no excuses why I got fat, but I do have reasons how.I got lazy, I would binge eat late at night and I ate way tooo much. I spent many years hiding from mirrors and running from cameras and video camcorders. Then one day...........SNAP......someone got me on camera. I knew I was fat. I knew I was really really fat but..........OMG........I didn't realize HOW really, really fat I looked. It was sooo embarrassing. What an awful sick feeling I had. I really just wanted to cry cause thats not who I wanted to be or was suppose to be. I know somewhere along the way I lost myself. I was no longer the fun loving energectic happy golucky person I once was. While gaining weight, I stopped living my life. I didn't allow myself to do anything fun. I was miserable and on the inside I was very, very sad, lonely and depressed. I'm here on a journey to find myself again. I started at 275.5 lbs. With the help of beachbody products and watching what I eat I'm now at 177.5 lbs and still not done. I'm no longer living in oblivion and have started living my life again. I just recently became a coach, hoping to help and motivate others also(pay it forward). Oh by the way....did I tell you I'm a mom of 8 awesome kids(yes, all single births).My oldest is 20 yrs old and my youngest is 18 months. I'm also a grandma of 2 lil sweeties.
