Update 12/10/08: Didn't complete P90 the first time (can't believe I am saying that...I don't even remember why). Started working out again in December...starting Turbo Jam on 1/5/09. I started
partly because my back was bothering me so much - that I felt like an "old cripple." The more I work out, the better it feels! Still going strong after 45
or so days...am back down to the weight where I wrote this story originally in July of 07.
Update: 4/1/09 - Still going strong. This Sunday will be 90 days doing Turbo Jam. I have seen some results - my back is feeling much better! Some days I even forget about it (more than a year since that's happened).
Started Chalene Extreme on April 21, 2009 and was really enjoying it until a physical problem sidelined me. All "fixed" after October...and some recovery time.
Started again in January of 2010, with Chalene. Then, received Insanity as a gift.
As of 3/18, I am 2.5 weeks in and am feeling strong. Have received multiple compliments on the changes in my body...and am excited to see what happens in the next 6 weeks!
