I know what your thinking? She's already fit, what is she doing? she doesn't know what it's like to struggle. Well, staying healthy is the core of who I am. Fitness, health and well being is a lifestyle, a way of living. Not an obsession, not a quick fix, not a fad, not something we train for, reach that goal then quit. Staying healthy and fit is something we should all have as a priority forever. To me being fit is absolutely from the inside out. How we take care of ourselves on the inside will be a reflection on the utside. C'mon your car doesn"t work well if it needs a tune up and without gas it won't run. That's our lifestyle, stayed tuned up and fuel yourself with the right stuff. Sure, I've been active most all my life, and don't plan on slowing down. A single mom at 48, the diversity of the Beachbody workouts is perfect. I believe the key to fitness in our lives is variety, which beachbody certainly offers. Workouts for everyone and every level, wheather it is modifications to an INSANITY program or the 10 min workout, there is definatley something for everyone. After an emergency hysterectomy I notice changes that most people would say oh well! thats just what happens when your getting older. No way! I'm going to stay tuned up. My passion is staying healthy and helping others acheive there goals too. No one of us is alike, how awesome to be able to help diversity. I love it!
