More statistics| losingitmama Portland, OR I love being outdoors and hiking etc. But DO NOT like exercising! I have been going he 10 min. trainer for 2 months and have lost 10 inches!! 10 min trainer is perfect for me, a person that does not really enjoy exercise, because I cannot make any excuses, I mean, COME ON!! , it's only 10 mins of the day!!! | ?
