My name is Mike, I'm 41yrs of age. At one point, I use to run and workout all the time. My average weight was 220lbs. Before I knew it I was at 285lbs, could hardly walk around the block. Now the doctor tells me I need to lose some weight. I want to lose some weight.

To date, on Feb 18,2009, I have lost 12lbs, I'm doing a combo of 10 minute trainer, power 90 and doing walks up to 3 miles in the AM. I feel good,and can start to see a change in how my body looks. I'm ahead of my goals. That was 270lbs by March. New goals to be 262lbs by April.
