Currently I am a Legal Assistant in Sandusky, Ohio at a small Law Firm. I enjoy my work and definitely learn something new everyday. But my passion lies with fitness: helping and educating others. I have also worked as a personal trainer in the past year with a major fitness chain. Becoming a part of the Beachbody community I hope to continue my passion of helping others become healthier

In true honesty my transformation did not start with beachbody, but I hope to continue to become the healthy person that I want to be through this program and enhance my physical fitness even more.
I have always been an active person, but was always told that I was "big boned" and would never be slim. Well I proved everyone wrong by finding the right workouts and right diet.
I began running about 3 years ago, something that I have always done, but only in short distances. My competitive spirit pushed me to pursue longer distance running along with some good friends and I compmleted 2 half marathons in 2008. In additional to reaching my running goals I also began to lose weight with my increased activity which inspried my to change my diet and I was able to drop at total of 40lbs to date.
Currently I am not looking to lose any more weight as I am 5'8 and 120lbs, but instead would love to increase my muscle tone and enhance my physical fitness to a level where I am able to complete a full marathon and hopefully a triathlon. I believe that beachbody is the key to this transformation and reaching these goals.
