Before I signed up to be a coach I was on another nutritional line...I lost 64 lbs...but I stopped losing, and it was discouraging because I hadn't changed anything, not the the workouts and not the food intake. When I found Team Beachbody, I was looking to order the p90x workout. I heard it was an amazing workout. I want so desperatly to lose the last 55 lbs and look ripped! I switched over to BB's nutritionals that are half the fat, calories, sugar and sodium. Not only that, it is half the cost! I've noticed that my body is releasing, finally! I'm so excited because after my 5th week, I'm able to do some men's style push ups and I'm getting stronger everywhere! Thank you Ressy for finding me on Facebook! I'm so grateful for BB and the support team that's in place. But more, I'm so thankful to Tony Horton who put this workout, that I love to hate, p90x in place! This workout is EXTREME!
