Hmmm- a little about myself??? I'll be brief. I love working out. I'm a mother of two. I've been working out on a 'regular' basis (at least 3 times a week) for at least the last 3 years consistently. Now I'm at the point if I don't work out, I don't feel right. My eating habits are another story lol. I'm kinda like a healthy eating-junk food fanatic. I

My biggest transformation has been mental. For me it's been a shift in focus, from being obsessed with every single inch, pound, and percentage of fat, to learning to love myself for who I am, and what I see in the mirror first. Of course I still have fitness goals, but now I smile when I look in the mirror. Once upon a time this was not at all the case. Although I still fluctuate between the same 5-8 lbs as I always have. I'm slightly more toned than I've been in recent years, but overall, there has been no drastic change in my appearance. What has changed drastically is HOW I see myself when i look in the mirror. Now I work out because I love it, and it makes me feel good. I eat well because it makes me feel proud to know I am making good choices for myself. I am finally content. (30 out of 31 days of the month-lol)
