I love feeling good about myself, but that doesn't happen very often. I have always loved being active, but I lacked motivation A LOT! I've been on and off diets for years now trying to find 'the perfect one' for me. I've learned from working out with Chalene Johnson's videos that it is all about the calories! I also found that with her workouts, I have fun while I'm exercising!! How many people can say that!? I am considered over weight by 25 pounds (according to my BMI) and I know I can get there with the help of my coaches and the other members of beachbody. If you're willing to do what it takes to make your life the best that it can be, I'm here to help! I've learned that it doesn't happen over night and that discouraged me quite a bit. But I also learned that setting to big of a goal will discourage also. Taking one step at a time and one day at a time is all you can do. It's the best way to achieve your goals and you will notice a difference! BELIEVE IN YOURSELF, STAY POSITIVE, AND ENJOY LIFE! You only have one life so take care of it and enjoy every moment. A little about me (if you're interested) I am 21 years old and I've lived in Ohio all my life. I am a junior in the nursing program and will be graduating with my Bachelor's degree in nursing as a Registered Nurse. I have a little hedgehog and puppy that keep me busy along with school. I have always been a little over weight but somehow avoided being obese. I was finally started losing weight and was down to 153lbs until I met the love of my life. I've been with him for 2 years now and during those 2 years, I gained 19 lbs! Over the past few months I was able to lose about 10 lbs even though I struggled at times. But now that I've decided to become a Beachbody Coach, I know I will be accountable for my own fitness goals and I know there will always be someone there to motivate and inspire me to keep pushing forward! I've lost a total of 10 lbs so far, but I've also been slacking. I very well could've lost at least 25 lbs by now, however I seem to lose a few pounds and then think I can eat whatever I want and not gain it back. WRONG! I started being very serious about this about a week ago and have lost 3 lbs already. This time I know it'll be a little while before I treat myself ONE TIME to something that's bad for me. I need to start taking care of myself so I can live a long and healthy life. I'll hopefully update again soon with a better transformation story!
