Hi, I'm a happy and healthy single lady thanks to P90 and P90X. I'm successfully working in the family business; making life busy, but extremely rewarding. When not working I stay very active, of course doing P90X, but also running with the dog, playing paintball, and riding horses. I absolutely love P90X and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to do an extreme work out.

I saw an infomercial for P90 way back in 2004 and when I saw Tony climbing ropes using only his arms I decided to give it a try. Wow, was I amazed. It was awesome and I had a great time doing it. I More ...
I saw an infomercial for P90 way back in 2004 and when I saw Tony climbing ropes using only his arms I decided to give it a try. Wow, was I amazed. It was awesome and I had a great time doing it. I lost 10lbs almost immediately. It also motivated me to stop eating all the junk food and and cut out the sodas. Once I did I was again amazed with the results. I continued to push play every single day for two years while doing yoga and getting into running and rowing.

In Aug 2006 I decided that I needed to amp it up and so I got P90X. The results are amazing. I thought that I was pretty healthy already, but nothing to what I am now. I push play everyday and never get bored because the work outs are so diverse and challenging. Believe it when you read it is an extreme work out. I'm on the second round of P90X and I'm fitter and toned than ever. I didn't follow the healthy eating guide the first time because I've been eating healthy since I've started the program, but the second round I have been. I'm suprised about how eating the foods out of the guide have changed me thus far. I'm really excited and I'll update this once I've finished the second round and let you know how it was.
