I live in St. Louis and have been a professional musician for 31 years. I also teach History at the Secondary Level. I have battled my weight throughout most of my life, but after a very severe illness in 2002, my physical activity has been limited. In addition I have arthritis in my knees and back. Recently I have started some water aerobics and arthritis exercises. This is a new regimine

Recently I have started some water aerobics and arthritis exercises. This is a new regimine for me, but seems to be one that is compatable with my condition.
