I am 46 & I'm from southwest Louisiana. I Started p90X March 11, 2009 Loved, loved the program, lost 13#, and a lot of inches. went from size 12/14 to a 8/10. Stopped working out in October 2009, holidays hit and so did the extra #'s and inches. can still wear a size 10 but not in great shape as i was when i finished P90X in June.
VERY disappointed with myself. What's worse I can't seem to finish

VERY disappointed with myself. What's worse I can't seem to finish one blessed week of phase I. I keep restarting week one. I can't stand myself! Need some kind of energy pill, i think or some great pep-talk. P.S. I love cake.
