I've finally changed my way of thinking...It's been quite a year already (2009), I've kept up my workouts and haven't missed a day since January 3rd and don't plan on missing another for the rest of the year. I'm so happy to have finally become one with exercise :P I love it, i look forward to my workouts and if i'm not drenched in sweat i want more!! :) Working
